The Plug, The Outlet

Here and on other platforms, fans, followers, and everyone in between have access to the updates that I regularly share. 10 years of Hip-hop has helped me develop skills that I use almost everywhere I go, but filmmaking is also a big part of how I even established my brand in the first place.

Social media and technology have made it more popular to speak up and it’s even easier to access the information than ever before (Reddit, Threads). You can read the comment sections and choose videos that share tips about why the world is the way it is, and how you can make changes for better results.

Before, I use to post frequently on Facebook/Meta. Now, I prefer to write here so that I have enough space to make my point clear. Tweeting and posting statuses is fine when I am on the go, but I am thankful to be one of the many people on this Earth who inspires others through songwriting and filmmaking.

As Q4 has arrived, continue to keep an open mind and be a source of light. Quiet the noise around you, if any, and pick up a hobby or commit to a career that encourages and challenges you in good ways.

“Misery loves company” so I write some of these posts and songs to spread awareness (song quote from “Auction” by KikidotD above). Sometimes, the worse part in those situations can be entitlement, and its important to notice how far people will go to be seen and heard (see video here – Nicki Minaj speaks more about entitlement). Lots of people are overspending and overwhelmed, sober or not. It’s time to discuss the addiction that most of us are skipping over: addiction to conflict.

“Play” by KikidotD is out on all platforms. My book will be written once I’ve collected all of my stories that I’ve written here on my blog and scattered everywhere else. I was an artist before I even knew it because I always knew how important it was to just be me.

“I’m ‘Kiki’ to some and ‘Kiki.D’ to all.” – KikidotD
